There's a hole in my world..

& a window next to my seat
A portkey to beyond,
& a speck of green;
A gold peep though bleak black,
Vistas cradled by arcs;
& my looking glass
That makes English classes bearable.
Whew.
:|

I be back.
Soon.
:)

PS : If you care, all photographs changed. Go on, make me happy. Scroll down :D

Oh damn.. at 1st the only thing I recognized was the "looking glass." :-|
Maybe a visit to school isnt all that bad of an idea..

Nice pic..
I think I should get a phone, just for the sake of the camera. :-/

You do realize the photograph was taken from just one floor below your classroom of yore? :o

Nah, a standalone camera would be a better bet. Since you're not a texting fan, I presume. :P

The tree stands out in the midst of it's black and white surroundings. Pretty neat effect. You have a knack for photography. ;p

@Vasudha: Vistas..is also the name of one of the English books..isn't it? They were called Flamingo and Vistas till last year. What are they called now?

Nice pic, btw. Brilliant effect!

@Nik: A phone camera will never give you the kind of pictures a standalone camera would. Unless you're planning to buy one of those huge Nokia N-Series 5.0 Megapixel cameraphone type things.

A stand alone camera it is.
And yes, undoubtedly NOT a fan. Bloody phones are annoying...

Its pretty.
When did joo click it?
:P

And the poem is nice too!
Read it out in class :D

Nik said...

Ooh.. I'm with Disha. Read out your poem in English class. I doubt she'll understand it though, but an insult, recognized or not, is an insult.

Who knew boring classes could inspire a blog post?I like.^_^.

Its amazing how imaginative some people are.Television has blasted my imaginative faculties into oblivion.

Bharat : One word : Picasa. :D And thanks!

Ishmeet : Yup, Flamingo and Vistas they are. Though my Vistas is called *cough* Arvind Hindi English Vistas :P

Abhi : CBSE, yeah. They're only three schools in Delhi that follow ICSE, the rest are all CBSE, I think. Ha, if that's the case, I'm ancient. I have no idea about what I did in school two years back :P

Nik : Please. Phone? *looks on hopefully* :P

Dish : Clicked it when she went home, ekchoolee. :P

Yes, sure. :|

Nik : She gave us an assignment in Val Ed to write a piece on freedom. I was jabbering away, oblivious and don't carish. She told me to stand and read what I'd written. I had my notebook with me which had the piece on swings written in it. I got up, took a deep breath, read it out. She er, said something about how I had philosophized swings and life and blah, and made me sit down. :P

Kishore : Boring classes lead to desperation. You HAVE to do something to distract yourself. :P

Piece of advice : blast the television. ^_^

Ishmeet : Aww, really? :P I had an alternative. Silver. But I thought I'd look a tad.. old, so.. y'know. Vanity kicked in and did its job. :P

Prerna :
I appreciate
The sympathies

I won't
EVER

I see
Your sadism

I stare
Goggle eyed at it.
:| :P

KotK : Thanks! Loved Sunscapes, btw. :D

Shailja : Yeah, you've given up. And I'm doing the hula right now. O.o I have videographic evidence! :D

Rad : Did! :D

Tshhar : [Numerology fan? :P]
Lol, thanks!

Aku : No, you don't. I've read Little Baby to know enough. :P

Rad again : Did, again :P

Arvind Hindi English Vistas? Kya matlab it's hindi mein conversions of the english ki thing? My friend had one like that and it was hilarious.

And yea, silver would make you look old. And Blue is gold so it's wicked. You can have a streak or two of bright green on a happy day. :P
